Finishing Line Equipment
The uneven floating residues and oxidized iron sheets, etc in the internal wall and socket of the casting pipe can affect the using property of the casting pipes, so the internal wall and socket of the casting pipe must be grinded on the finishing line. At the same time, the occurrence of ellipse at the socket and spigot must be pressed and rounded. On the other hand, the pipes which need ring cutting for ring pressing testing must undergo ring cutting and chamfering at the spigot of the pipes.
The finishing line equipment includes rounding machine, the internal wall grinding machine, the socket and spigot grinding machine, cutting and chamfering machine. For the chamfering machine of the large diameter ductile iron pipes, the form copying chamfering machine shall be generally used.
