As an important component of the casting machine, mold is fundamental to the pipe quality and subsequently determines production cost. We mainly supply DN75-1400X5500-6000mm molds for water-cooled CCM and DN800-2600 X6000-8000mm molds for hot mold method CCM. Meanwhile we also provide molds for grey iron pipe CCM, magnesium reduction jar CCM, copper bush CCM, radiant tube CCM, roller CCM, and thick-walled seamless CCM etc.

2.Smelting and Forging Process of Bloom

Bloom is obtained by Electric furnace smelting → refining → vacuum degassing and then has to be normalized and tempered before handover.

3.Ultrasonic Flaw Detection & Quenching and Tempering Treatment of Bloom

Bloom will undergo quenching and tempering treatment after roughly finished and ultrasonic tested but before finishing to get required properties, including mechanical property.
