Shenyang Yate Industrial Machinery Making Equipment Co., Ltd., founded in 1996, is a hi-tech enterprise and first grade measurement unit, which now owns three companies including Shenyang Yate Machinery Making Equipment Co., Ltd., Shenyang Special Foundry Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Special Foundry Research Institute. Our company is superior in equipment and advanced in technology, with independent import and export rights. Our company mainly deals with the design and manufacture of centrifugal ductile iron pipe production lines, the manufacture equipment of centrifugal stainless steel (heat resistance steel) pipes, large-diameter centrifugal bronze sleeves, differential pressure casting and lost-foam, the designs of metallurgical, mining and electrical projects, and the development of the hydraulic and automation (instrument) systems.

We now have 360 staff members, and are strong in technical capability and well equipped with various kinds of experts. We have more than 70 talented personnel among whom 18 are senior engineers and 35 are engineers. Our company also has the skilled service team in production, assembling, commissioning, and maintenance as well as after-sales service.

Our environment is excellent, the engineering process is advanced, and the transportation is convenient. Our workshop covers 16,000sqm. We have more than 100 main equipments including 5m CNC vertical boring mills, 10000x4000x3200mm floor type boring and milling machines, 3400x12000mm digital displayed planning machines, 6000x14000mm CNC cutting machines and 60x2500mm digital displayed lapping machines, as well as 500T four-column hydraulic presses. Our company has strong overall processing capability.

Since 1996, our company has designed and manufactured several hundred sets of complete equipment for metallurgical, mining and electric power enterprises from at home and abroad. Our main equipment include water cooled metal mold centrifugal casting machines, thermal mold centrifugal casting machines, horizontal continuous annealing furnaces, Zinc spraying machines, hydraulic pressure testing machines, cement internal lining machines, pipe mold maintenance equipment and bitumen coating machines. Our products are sold to tens of thousands of manufacturers at home and abroad. Our DN1200-2200x6000mm thermal mold centrifugal casting machines have filled the gap in the domestic market, and DN800-1200x6000mm water cooled metal mold centrifugal casting machines are first manufactured in China. At the same time, DN100-400, DN400-800 and DN800-1200 water cold metal mold centrifugal casting machines have been awarded many patents in China. In order to improve the mining equipment, cement equipment and power station equipment, our company has introduced advanced technology from international well-known manufacturers. Our products are sold to most of the domestic provinces (districts) and cities, and some kinds of equipment are sold to Southeast Asia and Europe.

In 2007, we applied the whole set of DN80-800 ductile iron pipe equipment for Tata Metaliks Kubota Pipes Co., Ltd. (TMKPL). We have also achieved considerable improvement both in technology and management during the cooperation with TMKPL.
